The Pelham Hotel in New Orleans is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on front desk coverage, primarily morning shifts with occasional evening coverage.
You will lead by example, train and schedule front desk agents, handle guest inquiries, and ensure check-ins/check-outs are seamless while upholding hotel standards. Prior hospitality supervisory experience is preferred.
