Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Manager serves as a hands-on operational leader, assisting with daily departmental functions, directly supporting and supervising Housekeeping Supervisors, and ensuring consistent execution of cleanliness, productivity, and service standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Experience Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.

At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role required.

Experience leading and developing housekeeping supervisors and associates preferred.

Experience with housekeeping or property management systems (HyGEO, Opera Cloud, etc.) preferred.

Previous Hyatt experience preferred.

Skills & Knowledge Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring departmental standards are consistently met.

Provide direct day-to-day supervision, guidance, and coaching to Housekeeping Supervisors.

Assist with training, developing, and evaluating housekeeping supervisors and associates.
