Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join its Food and Beverage team as a Stewarding Supervisor. As our Stewarding supervisor, you will play an essential leadership role within our Food & Beverage operation, helping to create the exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service that define the guest experience. You will also guide and support the stewarding team, ensuring the seamless operation of back-of-house areas while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

By leading with integrity, supporting your team’s success, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and efficiency, you will help deliver the world-class service and luxury experience for which Four Seasons is renowned.

• Lead and support the stewarding team by coordinating daily operations, providing training and performance guidance, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout back-of-house and employee dining areas.
• Ensure all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in accordance with established food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by cleaning kitchen production areas and safely handling, storing, and utilizing cleaning chemicals, materials, and protective equipment.

• One to two years' experience working in Stewarding preferred
• Serv Safecertificationrequired
• Work authorization in the United States

• Stay active throughout your shift, with continuous movement between kitchens, stewarding areas, and hotel service spaces while ensuring exceptional cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across departments daily, building strong partnerships and maintaining clear communication to deliver seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
