Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Coordinator - Total Rewards provides essential support in the day-to-day operational activities of the HR department, with focus on the total rewards area. This position assists with employee inquiries and helps to maintain efficient and effective processes which enable the delivery of high-quality employee pay and benefit programs.
Accountabilities Benefits Administration- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, voluntary/supplemental, and retirement plans.
- Support benefit plan enrollment and disenrollment processes and tracking, including qualifying events and annual open enrollment for TMG and members.
- Support employee leaves of absence and disability programs, regularly working with internal and external partners and corresponding with employees.
- Maintain benefit plan documentation and required notices and filings.
- Update labor law posters, state law information and other compliance material on company intranet. Maintain compliance calendar.
- Support administration of Guide One’s legacy pension program.
- Conduct bi-weekly payroll audit; serve as backup for payroll.
- Provide regular reporting on one-time payments and other ad hoc reporting.
- Process referral payments, and reimbursements for educational assistance and wellness.
- Handle department billing and invoices.
- Respond to inquiries from the HR department email box and phone line.
- Manage personnel files, including sensitive and confidential documents.
- Provide employment verification and other external correspondence.
- Support hiring and on-boarding processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in human resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Workday HRIS and/or ADP payroll systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- $55,000 – $70,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility.
