PRO 360, based out of Sandy Springs, is hiring for a motivated Senior-level IT Recruiter (Full Desk is available also if you have Sales experience) who wants to learn (a lot), recruit on both Contract and Perm, work across all IT verticals (we will not silo you), and come in now and help us fill jobs. We have an awesome base + commission structure with a hybrid work arrangement and a newly built out/modern office space.

We need Recruiters who can deliver, but we are also NOT matrix-based where you are put on a PIP the first week you do not hit your numbers. You must live in Metro Atlanta and have reliable transportation to work hybrid in the office and trust our team and always put everyone in the best position to be successful and make a lot of money.

Requirements
:

Bachelor's Degree.

3+ years of IT Recruiting or IT Account Management/Sales experience.

Must have agency / external staffing experience (internal recruiting experience at a sole company does not apply).

Must be a US Citizen and live in Metro Atlanta.
