Senior UX​/Product Designer; AI-Projects

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on UX/Product Designer who can design, research, prototype, and ship using AI-assisted tools. You’ll pair sharp product sense and mixed-methods research with Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, Replit
, and Figma Make/n8n automations to move from discovery → wireframe → prototype →
coded MVP in days.

• Own end-to-end product design
  : discovery, IA, flows, high-fidelity UI, and design systems.
• Run lean, rigorous research
  : problem framing, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, concept tests, usability studies, diary tests, and surveys.
• Synthesize insights
  : craft JTBD, opportunity trees, UX metrics, personas, and testable hypotheses; turn findings into clear decisions and roadmaps.
• Competitive & market analysis
  : use AI agents to scan markets, benchmark flows, and identify white space; create concise briefs for the team.
• Prototype & ship with AI
  : generate/refactor front-end code from your designs; validate with instrumented experiments.
• Design system stewardship
  : maintain tokens/components and keep them in sync with code repos.
• Instrument & measure
  : set up analytics, events, and A/Bs; translate results into next iterations.
• Champion accessibility and performance from day one.

• Have 4–8+ years shipping user-facing products end-to-end.
• Are strong in mixed-methods research (qual + quant) and can work from fuzzy problems to crisp, evidence-backed decisions.
• Can read/modify HTML/CSS/JS (Type Script/React a plus) and confidently use AI to accelerate high-quality code.
• Are fluent in Figma (auto-layout, variables, variants) and Figma → code workflows.
• Use AI tools well:
  Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, Replit
  ; you know what to prompt, what to hand-edit, and how to review AI diffs.
• Communicate crisply, document decisions, and thrive in an async, remote environment.
• Understand WCAG, responsive design, and performance budgets.

• Research ops
  : repositories, tagging/coding (e.g., Dovetail-style), consent, and lightweight governance.
• Experimentation
  : GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude; basic statistics for A/Bs; light SQL.
• Automation & no-code
  : Make
  , Zapier, n8n;
  Supabase/Firebase/Airtable for quick backends.
• Front-end
  :
  React/Next.js, Type Script; component libraries & token pipelines (style dictionaries).
• Prior work on AI/LLM products
  , prompt design, or UI generated from models.

• Design/Collab: Figma, Fig Jam, Notion, Linear/Jira, Git Hub/Git Lab, Slack
• AI-assisted build:
  Claude Code
  , Lovable
  , bolt.new
  , Replit
• Research & testing: Lookback/User Testing, Dovetail-style repos, Maze/Useberry, Hotjar/Full Story, Typeform/Qualtrics
• Automation/prototyping:

• Deliver a research-backed opportunity brief (problem, user segments/JTBD, evidence, success metrics).

• Ship a coded prototype that improves a key metric (activation, conversion, or retention).

• Establish/extend a tokenized design system mapped to code.

• Stand up a lightweight research repository + analytics loop to guide iterations.
