AI Engineer Europe

On behalf of our client - leading jewelery company - we are looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing AI & Innovation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a focus on conversational AI Agents in Agent force. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the design, testing, and optimization of AI systems that enhance business operations.

You will play a vital role in bringing AI capabilities to life—not just by learning and coding, but by collaborating, problem-solving, and contributing to innovative AI workflows across the organization.

Support the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce AI Agents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to Agentic AI solutions.

Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI pipelines for performance and scalability.

Assist in maintaining documentation for system design, workflows, and system configurations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI principles.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and LLM-based systems
• Understanding of basic software engineering principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience or coursework related to Salesforce or Agentforce.
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies through coursework or internships.
