- Ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in information technology
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated competence in installing and supporting large network infrastructures
- Background in infrastructure, storage, and database administration
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Prior experience with Epic Client System Application (ECSA)
- Experience with Hyper-V virtualization and exposure to Azure/cloud technologies
- Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
