About the RoleWe are hiring a Paid Media Specialist focusing primarily on Paid Social (85%) and secondarily on Google Ads (15%). This hands-on, performance-driven role is suitable for a marketer who can balance daily execution with strategic oversight.
You will manage and optimize Meta campaigns to generate high-quality leads for clinical trials, and support search/keyword strategies across Google Ads and website conversion efforts.
- 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience (required)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Proven success in scaling lead volume and reducing CPL, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors
- Experience with Word Press and landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, comfortable with data analysis and testing
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or patient recruitment
- Basic on-page SEO knowledge (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
- Familiarity with Word Press, Mail Chimp, Zapier, CRIO, or similar tools
