AboutThe Role
Nevly is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer III for its Nevly Money Infrastructure Team. You will help establish the Company’s Dev Ops practice, build a scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure, implement monitoring for automated system health checks, and develop CI/CD pipelines while guiding the Team in Dev Ops practices.
Position Responsibilities- Design and build scalable and highly available CI/CD systems in the public cloud.
- Design and build development, staging, and production environments in AWS.
- Set up and improve observability, including logging and monitoring for infrastructure and applications.
- Configure infrastructure on the principle of everything as code.
- Integrate security into infrastructure, applications, and operations (Dev Sec Ops ).
- Assist containerizing applications and manage container orchestration.
- Collaborate with Team members to ensure efficacy, compatibility, and performance across the application stack.
- Develop strategy, processes, and best practices for Dev Ops adoption.
- 6+ years of Dev Ops experience.
- Proven production experience deploying and operating complex, highly available web and mobile applications on AWS.
- Experience managing production infrastructure with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar.
- Ability to present and communicate architecture visually.
- Understanding of reliability engineering principles.
- Proven production experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems and micro‑services architecture patterns.
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration; knowledge of security‑related technologies and concepts.
- Good understanding and experience with databases.
- Experience leading and building consensus across organizational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills.
Base Salary Range: $154,000 – $198,000
