Network & Voice Lead

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise and OT network infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce network architecture standards for LAN, WAN, wireless, and field networks.
• Align network designs with security requirements, operational needs, and industry best practices.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex networking issues across corporate and field environments.
• Administer and optimize Palo Alto firewall platforms, including rule creation, threat prevention, and security policy management.
• Monitor network security posture and ensure compliance with OT/critical infrastructure security standards (e.g., NIST, ICS security frameworks).
• Lead incident response activities for network or voice-related security events.

• Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (policies, Panorama, threat prevention).
• Strong background in enterprise networking (routing/switching, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, wireless).
• Hands-on OT network experience — industrial networking, SCADA communications, or NERC-style secure environments.
• Knowledge of field IoT devices, protocols, and connectivity methods.
• Experience supporting voice platforms, including Teams Voice and a contact center solution such as Genesys.
• Ability to work across IT + OT environments and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
