Duties and Responsibilities:
- 85% Complete requests for analysis and programming.
- Design reports and data structures to meet complex business needs.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which reports are developed and coded.
- Task execution is based on project management methodology.
- Respond to, triage, mitigate, and resolve issues, concerns, problems, and constituent-based indications that assigned implementations are not working as expected.
- Create ad hoc queries using SQL for data requests and auditing needs.
- 10% Create and maintain documentation, e.g., setup documentation for training, user procedures, internal policies, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
- 5% Staying well-informed about new systems analysis and programming techniques is encouraged.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
