Assistant Attorney

Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 1
* year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
United States citizenship is required.

• Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to function as a criminal litigator, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment.
• Applicants also must demonstrate: (1) the ability to quickly, accurately, and precisely articulate the critical issues in a case; (2) superior oral and writing skills; (3) strong research and interpersonal skills; (4) good judgment; (5) excellent communication and courtroom skills; and (6) the ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with other attorneys, support staff, and client agencies.
