Paralegal – Litigation
The Derbes Law Firm, LLC, an eleven attorney Metconomic paperless law firm seeks a full time paralegal primarily for succession litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy litigation.
Cases in State, Federal, and Ech Bankruptcy Courts. The firm does no personal injury or insurance defense.
The firm uses Practice Master & TABS. Very strong computer skills (database e.g., Disco, Everlaw, Excel, Adobe, Word, etc.) required. Willing to train.
