This role involves managing day‑to‑day operations of a grocery space, developing and supporting associates, ensuring quality, safety and productivity, and executing the business plan for the area.

• Communicate objectives and expectations to associates, suppliers and customers verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for the area, managing staffing, scheduling and workload allocation to meet facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and health of the area by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics, company policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer or supplier concerns, providing corrective actions and recommendations.
• Supervise, develop and coach associates and leaders, providing performance feedback and supporting training and development needs.
• Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity and foster belonging.
• Model Walmart values, uphold integrity, and foster a culture of inclusion and environmental stewardship.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, adapting to customer shopping patterns and applying Walmart’s business models.
• Make data‑driven decisions, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities and considering stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, adopt new technologies and support change initiatives.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field and 1 year supervisory experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics, OR
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, OR
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, OR
• 2 years supervisory experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Background in business or logistics.
