Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of multiple construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they progress safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. You’ll collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and client partners while also providing direction to project managers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities across assigned T&D projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and project resources
• Track schedules, budgets, reporting, and project milestones
• Uphold safety requirements and ensure full compliance with standards
• Assist with estimating, scope development, and project planning
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Help develop and mentor project management personnel

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years working on overhead T&D line construction projects
• Proven experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or electrical engineering (power-related focus preferred)
