Responsibilities- Maintain competitive edge through strategic marketing, branding, innovation, and change management.
- Design and develop multi-functional strategies, processes, products, and solutions that drive market share, industry reputation, and growth.
- Lead daily operations, motivate and manage staff, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, protocols, and quality standards.
- Report on progress toward departmental goals and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with business units to set priorities and achieve goals.
- Ensure program deliverables comply with contract requirements.
- Expand and manage client relationships across federal, municipal, and state markets in the U.S.
- Drive continuous improvement of business development functions and align team structure for scalability.
- Develop and execute business development strategy, establishing systems for measurement and effectiveness.
- Manage team workload and resources, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Champion customer growth strategies, implement best practices, and leverage technology to create value.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, contract, and company regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Experience:
15 years in healthcare management strategic planning, 10+ years in project management, and 8+ years in business development. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred; master’s in business or related field is a plus. - Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer‑service skills; ability to develop and manage cross‑functional teams. - Technical:
Proficiency with MS Office (including advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to present complex data. - Other Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 33% domestically, U.S. citizenship, and a security clearance if required. - Soft Skills:
Integrity, credibility, commitment to the corporate mission, multitasking, and problem‑solving.
