Project Manager
American Lighting and Signalization (ALS) provides street lighting and traffic signalization construction, maintenance, and emergency response services across the southeastern and mid‑Atlantic United States. Major customers include state departments of transportation, investor‑owned and municipal utilities, commercial retail land developments, and commercial road contractors.
As a Project Manager, you will schedule projects, allocate resources, and coordinate onsite activities with project supervisors. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that schedule, scope, and quality objectives are met.

- Interact with project supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate schedule and cost controls.
- Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve schedule, scope, and quality goals.
- Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as Gerade.
- Plan long‑term procurement of long‑lead items to meet schedule requirements.
- Identify coordination process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Legal age of 18 or older.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience creating and maintaining resource‑loaded project schedules.
- Experience utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast demand, and allocate employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Subject to a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and/or motor vehicle record check.
- Driver's license required.
Rare vermitt: less than 10 % of the time – stooping, kneeling, squatting, body twisting, crawling, climbing on/off truck, climbing poles, gripping, climbing ladders, balancing.
Occasional: up to 33 % – standing, sitting, manual dexterity, vision tasks, lifting 10 lbs to 50 lbs, reaching, depth perception, color vision, climbing stairs.
Frequent: up to 66 % – walking.
Continuous: up to 100 % – speaking clearly, reading, hearing‑speech range.
