Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep, repairs, and installations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and set an example for maintenance staff in safety, quality, production, and attendance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance procedures.
• Perform inspections, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Plan, assign, and oversee repair and installation activities.
• Share workload with team and perform hands-on maintenance as needed.
• Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate logs and daily reports.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, math, and blueprint-reading skills.
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred, not required); occasional travel may be necessary.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment confidently.
