We’re partnering with a leading food manufacturing organization to identify a senior operations leader for a high-impact manufacturing facility in Iowa
. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, people‑first leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building momentum, capability, and long‑term operational strength.

This facility produces products in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and is entering an exciting phase focused on performance improvement, capability building, and operational consistency
.

• Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Drive TPM / CI principles to improve reliability, reduce waste, and strengthen day‑to‑day execution.
• Build engagement and accountability across a tenured workforce while developing next‑level leadership capability.
• Partner cross‑functionally to stabilize performance, standardize processes, and elevate operating discipline.
• Use data and operational metrics to guide decisions and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture that values safety, ownership, and continuous learning.

• Proven manufacturing leadership experience in food or consumer packaged goods
  .
• Batch processing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success improving performance in complex or evolving operations.
• Strong working knowledge of TPM, CI, and lean manufacturing systems
  .
• Ability to lead through change while maintaining trust, credibility, and transparency.
• Comfortable balancing short‑term execution with long‑term capability building.
