Metal Supermarkets Elmwood is seeking a hands-on Shop Lead / Lead Machine Operator to run daily shop floor operations, cut metal orders to precise customer specs, and lead a safety-focused team in a full-time, Mon–Fri role in Elmwood, LA.
The position requires 2+ years in machine operation or related fields, strong measurement skills, and a Louisiana Class D license. You should be able to lift up to 60 lbs and demonstrate lead-by-example leadership on the shop floor.
