Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team in building and maintaining a strong, positive public image for Swift 7 Consultants. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for professional growth in the PR field.
Responsibilities- Assist in creating and distributing press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with company objectives.
- Support event planning, media outreach, and public engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases.
- Monitor media coverage and assist in preparing reports on PR performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of PR tools is a plus.
