Strategic Communications & PR Manager role at Adams & Reese. Adams & Reese, LLP is seeking a Strategic PR Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications Team. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated plans that advance business priorities, strengthen our brand, and safeguard our reputation; positioning our lawyers as go-to experts, securing earned media coverage, and building strong relationships with journalists and outlets;

directing PR agencies and freelancers, setting clear goals, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results; crafting press releases, bylines, executive communications, award submissions, and more—ensuring a consistent, high-quality voice; optimizing all content for search and engagement, working closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to maximize reach across web, email, and social; guiding priorities and approving posts to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications and

Experience:

5+ years in communications/PR, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment; proven success in media relations, issue/crisis communications, and executive positioning; exceptional writing and editing skills—able to translate complex topics for broad audiences; hands-on SEO experience for thought leadership and new(s) content; familiarity with analytics and PR tools (web analytics, search console, media monitoring).

Location and compensation:
