Events Engagement Associate; On-Site

What you’ll do

• Represent client brands at local events, community pop-ups, and retailer-hosted activations.
• Assist with event setup, staging, and daily logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Engage with event attendees to share campaign information in a clear, friendly, and accurate way.
• Support product and service sales through direct customer engagement in an event setting.
• Collect attendee insights and feedback to help improve future event strategies.
• Maintain a professional, informed presence that aligns with each brand’s messaging and values.
• Collaborate with the events and marketing team to understand campaign objectives and talking points.

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
• Interest in events, marketing, community outreach, or brand activation.
• Reliability, professionalism, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to work on-site across the New Orleans area for events and activations.
• A proactive, adaptable, team-oriented approach.

• Hands-on exposure to the events and brand activation space.
• Experience representing diverse campaigns with opportunities to take on more responsibilities over time.
• A collaborative, supportive team culture with ongoing training.
• W-2 employment with a consistent weekly base pay structure.
