Position: PRN Recruitment Marketing Specialist

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will build recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies to attract top talent to Ochsner Health. You will highlight our unique culture, employee stories, and career opportunities through graphic design, web content, blog writing, video editing, and more, to increase candidate pipelines.

Job Duties
  • Focus on content creation and development for social media initiatives.
  • Respond to swiftly shifting priorities to address critical staffing needs.
  • Create employment campaigns that attract candidates through social media outlets and company pages.
  • Produce and edit video content for internal employment branding and external attraction campaigns.
  • Manage blog content and organize submissions from the internal talent community.
  • Research related trends and manage employment related websites, including careers pages on social media, job boards, event advertisements, and the company’s employment page.
  • Provide technology solutions for engaging candidates in the talent community using text, virtual, and AI platforms to expand outreach and maintain frequent communication for job seekers.
  • Render drafts for large‑scale recruitment collateral.
  • Write copy for direct mail, social media, and radio employment campaigns.
  • Build web content aligned with the online marketing strategy for optimal user experience.
  • Design online display, advertising, and graphics that adhere to brand or sub‑branding guidelines, and collaborate with external designers and production firms.
  • Analyze data, track outcomes, and manage budgets to seek opportunities for cost reduction and outcome improvement.
  • Assist in managing company career pages and leveraging vendor products and resources (Glassdoor, Indeed, Linked In).
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Education
  • Required – High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Web Design, or related field.
  • Preferred – Prior recruitment and/or recruitment marketing experience.
Work Experience
  • Required – 6 years related experience in marketing, brand management, content management, blogging, content strategy and creation, brand communications, interactive media or social media design, digital creation, production, strategy, and communication; or 4 years with an associate's degree; or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred – Experience working with Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, presenting information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with Windows-style Ono applications and various industry software packages.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator), content management systems, social media channels, video editing, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
