Selected Brand Ambassadors will interact directly with casino visitors, introduce current promotions and giveaways, and provide hands-on assistance to guests interested in registering for the brand’s mobile app.

• Serve as a friendly and professional representative of the casino brand.
• Approach and engage casino guests throughout the promotional activation.
• Explain available promotions, special offers, giveaways, and branded experiences.
• Encourage interested guests to participate in promotional programs.
• Assist customers with mobile app registration and new account setup.
• Guide guests through the registration process using company-provided iPads.
• Provide assistance with account funding when required by the activation.
• Conduct confident, informative, and sales-oriented conversations with prospective customers.
• Answer basic questions and help create a smooth registration experience.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and approachable presence throughout each scheduled shift.
• Follow instructions from event managers and adhere to all activation guidelines.

• Must be available to work in New Orleans, Louisiana.
• Seeking outgoing, energetic, confident, and highly approachable personalities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Must be comfortable proactively approaching and speaking with casino guests.
• Sales, promotional marketing, brand ambassador, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Must be comfortable assisting customers with tablets and mobile app registration.
• Ability to remain professional and enthusiastic in a busy casino environment.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong customer-service skills are required.
• Must comply with the designated event wardrobe and dress code.

• $30 per hour.
• Eligible parking expenses will be reimbursed.
• Payment is issued weekly on a 1099 independent-contractor basis.
