Seiler Tucker Inc. is a nationally recognized Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm founded by Michelle Seiler Tucker, a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author and one of the most sought-after voices in business exit planning. For more than 26 years, the firm has helped business owners build, grow, and sell their companies for maximum value.
This role sits at the center of that platform: a growing book audience, an active podcast, national speaking engagements, and a firm that is scaling its marketing operation to match its reputation.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead content, campaigns, and brand visibility across Seiler Tucker's channels. This is primarily a marketing and content role. A smaller portion of the position supports CRM upkeep and light office coordination, but the majority of your week will be spent creating, planning, and executing marketing work, not managing a front desk.
Marketing & Content (Primary Focus)- Plan and execute content across social media, email, and the firm's podcast, including guest outreach and promotion
- Create graphics, short-form video, and written content for campaigns and brand materials
- Monitor ad and campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Support promotion for speaking engagements and events
- Maintain the CRM and contact database; track leads and follow-up workflows
- Coordinate with outside marketing and advertising vendors on deliverables and timelines
- Assist with calendar coordination, correspondence, and scheduling as needed, a limited part of the role rather than its focus
- 2+ years of professional, full-time marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools, plus basic video editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience with a CRM platform (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools
- Strong writing skills and the organizational discipline to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfortable working in-person, five days a week, in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Base salary of $45,000 to $55,000, plus performance bonus
- Direct mentorship from a nationally recognized industry leader and media personality
- Real ownership of marketing strategy, not just execution of someone else's plan
- A downtown New Orleans office and a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team
