Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, assisting in the assessment and implementation of patient care plans. The LPN will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Educate patients and families about health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Respond to patient calls and assist with any needs or concerns that arise.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in Louisiana.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
