Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Responsibilities

• Patient Care
  :
  Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs.
• Medication Administration
  :
  Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Support RN
  :
  Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives.
• Resident Observation
  :
  Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Documentation
  :
  Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.
• Supportive Tasks
  :
  Assist with resident mobility and personal care activities as needed.

• Active LPN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2 Night Shift Position 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
