What we need to get there is a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing their talents under the guidance of an outstanding DON, supportive ADON, and great clinical staff.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physicians regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers.
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
