Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator — Hybrid RN Expert

Ochsner Health is seeking a Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator to serve as a clinical expert, educator, and care coordinator for breast cancer patients from diagnosis through survivorship. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to care, address barriers, and promote a seamless patient experience.

Required RN licensure in the state, RN Diploma, and 2+ years nursing experience; BLS is preferred and certification in a clinical specialty is welcome.
