• Provide leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that aligns with our patient-centered approach
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective nursing operations
• Collaborate with our medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies

• Interim Director of Nursing RN will be based in Winnfield, LA, and will be responsible for overseeing our skilled nursing facility

• Interim Director of Nursing RN with a current RN license in the state of Louisiana
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for post-acute care settings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
