We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Onyx Care of Ringgold, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation in Ringgold, LA. As a CNA at Onyx Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to ensure every patient receives individualized attention focused on their unique recovery journey.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Support the goals and values of Onyx Care of Ringgold, including our patient-centered approach to care

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience as a CNA preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
