Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (High-Value Jewellery) 💎

We are seeking a Senior Executive - QA to lead quality standards for our High-Value International Jewellery portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring world-class craftsmanship from the initial design stage through to final production.

You will be the custodian of quality, managing the full lifecycle of high‑value products (Studded, Gold, and PJWS).

• Proto to Bulk: Conduct 3‑stage proto audits and ensure 100% audit clearance for all High‑Value products.
• Process Integrity: Audit critical processes including Alloying, Assaying, and Weighment to ensure zero purity or weight mismatches.
• Vendor Partnership: Implement CAPA (Corrective Actions) and provide technical training to vendor partners to eliminate repeat defects.
• Performance Tracking: Use Oracle and Advanced Excel to maintain auditor scorecards and quality reports.

• Experience: 5–10 years in Jewellery QA (High‑Value/International market experience is essential).
• Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of Diamonds, Color Stones, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
