Quality Manager – Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

• Leads cross‑functional quality teams including QA Technicians, Lab Technicians, Warehouse Quality staff, and Sanitation personnel
• Oversees all quality control operations, serving as the BEB SQF Practitioner and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
• Evaluates production processes to verify product quality, integrity, and functionality, and approves corrective actions based on test results
• Develops and maintains quality systems, including testing procedures, documentation reviews, inspections, and communication across production departments
• Reports quality performance to executive leadership and regulatory agencies, providing updates on compliance, operations, and continuous improvement efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Science, or a related agricultural discipline is required
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, preferably in a food quality supervisor role.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• HACCP certification is mandatory, while PCQI and SQF are considered a plus
• Experience with liquid food production is preferred
