A leading food production company located in New Orleans seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control operations and ensure product standards. You will lead a team, evaluate production processes, develop quality testing methods, and communicate quality requirements with management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in food quality, and certifications such as HACCP and PCQI.
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and occasional weekends.
