Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in the home buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with detailed information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful client engagement.
  • Utilize provided leads and proven systems to identify potential clients and expand your network.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer expert advice.
  • Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continually enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to foster trust and clarity with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
  • Experience in using digital tools and platforms to manage tasks and client interactions efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously with ease.

Compensation

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly
