HRI Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist in New Orleans to drive marketing and leasing for LIHTC properties. You will welcome prospective residents, process applications, schedule tours, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while coordinating with Property Manager and General Manager for move-ins and renewals.
Ideal candidates will have tax credit experience in property management, 1–2 years of leasing experience, and strong skills in Yardi/Elite and MS Office.
