Job Description
Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, and changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for bartenders. Bar backs should proactively manage supplies, maintaining awareness of inventory so that bartenders do not have to request items during service.

- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Organizational and time management skills with good judgment, problem solving and decision making ability
- Help maintain cleanliness behind bars during and after service
- Restocking and organization of beer coolers
