Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using espresso machines and other equipment
• Assist in food preparation, including handling and serving light snacks and baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Uphold the brand’s standards for quality, presentation, and customer experience
• Take ownership of the space to ensure a welcoming environment for both customers and team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a food service role required
• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
  
  Basic food handling and preparation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
