A restaurant expo, or expeditor, serves as an intermediate between customers and the kitchen staff. This position plays a significant role in our company, given that customer satisfaction depends heavily on how good he or she is at the job. This is a position that requires the individual to be both an independent decision-maker and a team player simultaneously. There are several responsibilities to fulfill as a restaurant expo.

Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time available.

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
• Ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Assisting in the final preparation of dishes
• Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
• Relay reports on customer satisfaction with the management and relevant parties
• Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
• Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, etc
• Handling various impromptu requests from customers

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
