• Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
• Present the bar menu to guests.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a guest‑focused approach to ensure an excellent experience for all patrons.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

• Valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor License.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mixing techniques, garnishing methods, and serving practices.
• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and related software.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Able to maintain an organized, well‑stocked, and clean bar area, including inventory checks and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Relevant training certificate.
