Shift Lead

PJ's Coffee in Montgomery, TX is looking for Barista/Shift Lead to join our strong team. We are located at 17128 Walden Road, Suite 100, Montgomery, Texas 77356. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, flexible and reliable.

• Bring your smile every day.
• Prepare all beverages and food to meet PJ’s Coffee specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for organization, cleanliness and general problem solving
• Knows how to preform all tasks required of their crew
• Ensure that the operation runs smoothly, efficiently and according to PJ's Coffee standards while overseeing and directing employees.
• Always offer world-class customer service to our team members and customers at all times.
• Pay close attention to all cash handling procedures
• Alert management to operational needs, equipment failure, and necessary improvements that are needed
• Abide by all company policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Attend training sessions designed to increase coffee knowledge and work skills and apply that knowledge to operations

• Shirt Lead/ Barista experience is Ok, but not required! You will be trained in the PJ’s ways of serving the best cup of coffee in town.

• $13:00 - $18.00 per hour includes tips
