• Lead and inspire a front-of-house team dedicated to warm, genuine hospitality

• Maintain smooth daily operations, including bar and dining room oversight

• Manage schedules, resolve guest concerns, and support overall restaurant excellence

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
• Hands-on management style with a commitment to service excellence
• Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
• Financial acumen for basic budgeting, P&L, and labor management
