Summary:The Bartender is responsible for the service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during Celebration in the Oaks, from November 2026 to January 2027.
This a seasonal position for the following event:

Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm
-10:00pm
Friday - Saturday 4:00 pm-10:00pm
Sunday- 4:oopm-9:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned:
SETUP:
- Assists with the unloading of bar supplies.
- Sets up bar station.
- Inventories all liquor and wine prior to function using the Bar Inventory Sheet.
- Ices down the beer, wine, and champagne at least one hour prior to function start time.
- Clears the floor of all excess equipment, boxes, and supplies.
FUNCTION:
- Serves beverages to patrons throughout the function.
- Replenishes ice and bar supplies when necessary.
BREAKDOWN:
- Breaks down the bar making sure that all equipment is put back in its proper storage container; makes sure all liquor is put back in its proper containers.
- Disposes of ice in a drain.
- Disposes of Hot Buttered Rum in designated area.
- Takes and ending inventory of all liquor and wine using the Bar Inventory Sheet.
- Transports equipment, liquor, and supplies to the storage area.
- Sweeps and wipe down of station area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School education/GED with one to two years of customer service experience required
- Must have a current Louisiana responsible vendor permit
