• – Prepare and assemble cold food items for banquets and events, including salads, dressings, hors d’oeuvres, cold appetizers, charcuterie, canapés, and plated desserts as assigned.
• – Execute banquet menus according to standardized recipes, event orders, and presentation guidelines.
• – Assist with large-scale food production, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely service.
• – Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold food preparation area in compliance with food safety standards.
• – Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and quality across all cold food offerings.
• – Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations.

• – Proven experience as a Food Prep or similar role
• – Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
