Must be at least 18 years of age for this position.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately during high‑volume service
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during service
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health department regulations
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen prep as required
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes, tickets, and prep lists
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
