These are the qualifications that matter.- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 years of food service experience
- Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

When responsibility calls, you’re ready to lead.- Set up food stations with proper items, utensils, and signage.
- Serve food portions to customers according to standard portion sizes and dietary requirements.
- Assist with basic food prep, such as chopping vegetables.
- Greet guests courteously and answer questions about menu items.
- Handle customer complaints or refer to a supervisor as needed.
- Operate cash register or POS system if assigned.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean throughout the shift.
- Properly dispose of food waste and recyclables.
