The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times, such as the day after Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces, with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed across district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and registers (forklift/baler if 18+).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Perform walking and standing activities throughout shifts.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move safely and efficiently.
