We’re looking for reliable, hard‑working team members who take pride in doing the tough stuff – keeping bathrooms, parking areas clean, and ensuring the store is safe. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting a little dirty, this could be the role for you!

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales – ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales
• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:
  • Deep cleaning high‑use restrooms
  • Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)
  • Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area
  • Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
• Maintain a clean and organized store – sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways
• Willingly cross‑train in other departments, including deli, as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed

• Age:
  Must be 18 years old or older in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. 21 or older in all other states.
• Availability:
  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Work conditions:
  Willing to work hard, stay on feet most of shift, comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Communication:
  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math:
  Basic math skills required.
• Physical:
  Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre‑Employment:
  Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Personable & Positive:
  Friendly demeanor, knack for welcoming people.
• Detail‑Oriented:
  Notices little things that make a big difference in customer experience.
• Reliable & Responsible:
  Punctual, trustworthy, take pride in work.
• Flexible:
  Adaptable, ready to take on variety of tasks in fast‑paced environment.
• Experience:
  
  Previous retail or customer service experience appreciated but not required.
